Hello and welcome! 

I invite you to consider a counselling approach that offers you a way back into hope, to tap into your resilience and create your desired life.  At times life can be challenging and I hope to walk alongside you as you consider what you would like to have happening in your life instead of the issues that brought you to counselling.  While we cannot change the past, we can learn from this to move forward in a more useful way. Exploring times your desired life might have happened before can provide clues to bringing this about again. Instead of focusing solely on the problem, we identify your outcome of resolving this and then together work towards your Preferred Future becoming your reality.  

As a Registered Clinical Counsellor and Supervisor I hold a Psychology degree with Honours and a Masters in Counselling from Murdoch University, and have been working with clients for over 10 years. After working from other counselling approaches over the years, I  rediscovered the empowering approach of Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) for creating change for people in a respectful and inspiring way, and that could fit into the busy lives for those who cannot afford to spend months in counselling.  I hope to support my clients to get back into living their lives as their best selves.
